A reissue of "The history of the gunpowder-treason" (Wing W2706) and "A vindication of the history of the gunpowder-treason" (Wing W2741) with a cancel title page for each work. The first cancel is a general title page for the two works. The cancel title pages were printed as a bifolium and then inserted as singletons. Final page of "Vindication" bears contents for both parts.
General title is not listed under Williams in Wing and only appears as a cross-reference under title. Presumably Wing W2707 (with implied title "The history of the gunpowder treason") is actually the edition described here.
Wing (CD-ROM, 1996) has title: History of the gunpowder-treason.
