Bond by Richard Huchon, of Modbury, to pay William, Prior of Modbury, forty pounds at Michaelmas next. Given 12. July, 10. Henry VI.(1432.)
The condition of the bond is that if the said Richard stands by the judgement of Robert Hille, Esquire, Henry Fortescu and John Fortescu, arbitrators in the dispute between him and the Prior, then the bond shall be void.
Seal. Round, 13.mm. red wax, on tongue. Part of top right side broken away. Armorial. A bend, in dexter base annuet.
