Indenture of lease, by the Crown to Nicholas Hurleton, one of the clerks of the Green Cloth, of the manor of Bawdewyns [Baldwins], formerly held by Cardinal Wolsey, but which came into the hands of the Crown after the inquisition taken before certain commissioners on 17 September 1530. From Michaelmas last for 20 years.
