Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to George Tucker, of Millton by Gravesend, co. Kent, esquire, of the site of the manor of Bawdewins [Baldwins], also a parcel of land called Brookes lying at Dartford townes end, and two woods called Okeholts containing 76 acres and a wood called Bawgs hill. From Lady day last for 21 years.
Rent £8 17s 10d and 5 quarters of wheat and 11 quartes 1 bushel of malt or their money equivalent. Provisions concerning the felling of trees etc.
Witnesses: Thomas Hochinson, Henry Saier.

Seal, oval, 17mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial. A bad impression.
