Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Richard Hulse, of the parish of St George's Hanover Square, esquire, devisee named in the will of Sir Edward Hulse, bart, his late father, deceased, of the manor of Baldwins, with a parcel of land called Brookes and Okoltes woods and a wood called Bushell. From Lady Day last for 20 years. Rent £8 17s 10d and 5 quarters of wheat and 11 quarters 1 bushell of malt or their money equivalent, and 6s 8d for the royalties of the manor.
