Indenture of lease by the Provost and College to John Gearinge, of Letchlad [Lechlade], co. Gloucester, gentleman, of the parsonage of Minster Lovell with all tithes, lands, meadows, pastures feedings and other emoluments with appurtenances, and a barn with other houses belonging to the same; excepting the advowson of the vicarage of Minster Lovell. From Lady day for 21 years. Rent £3 6s 8d and 2 quarters of wheat and 4 quarters of malt or their money equivalent.
