Content description
There is a fair in Windsor to which the lower boys are not allowed to go. The masters and the 6th Form go up there to catch them. If caught they may get swished and turned down (sent down a division for misconduct). Herbert has been up twice and not yet been caught, however Follett was caught by a 6th Former, who don't often report it.
