Description
Content (description)
The emperor stands in the centre of the medallion, holding a vexillum and a globe, on which stands a Victory who holds out a wreath towards the emperor. On each side of him stand three soldiers, all armed with spear and shield and wearing plumed helmets. In the foreground lie a shield, sword and helmet. Around the top of the flan is the inscription:
