Description
A garland of leaves and berries hangs from goats' heads at the top corners. Fillets hang beneath the heads. At the bottom corners stand swans on rocky projections and contort their necks to point their heads upwards. Between them at the bottom centre, two small cockerels peck a wreath, from which hang fillets. At the top centre is an inscription in a rectangular panel:
DI ISMANIBUS/TI CLAUDIO AUGL/FORTUNATO/EPAPHRODITIANO/FUNDANIA ZOSIME/CONIUGI SUO FECIT. Beneath the panel is a second inscription over the garland:
DISMANIBUS/FUNDANI POLYBI/VIXIT/ANN XXV FECIT FUNDANIA/ZOSIME LIBERTO SUO/BENEMERENTI/CARISSIMO
DI ISMANIBUS/TI CLAUDIO AUGL/FORTUNATO/EPAPHRODITIANO/FUNDANIA ZOSIME/CONIUGI SUO FECIT. Beneath the panel is a second inscription over the garland:
