Diana is dressed as a huntress and holds a bow in her left hand. Her crescent moon is on her forehead. She steps to right but turns to left and gestures. A dog behind her feet looks up at her. In the background is a tree. The relief is on a base, in form similar to a capital.
On the base below the image is the inscription: ex ebore antiquo and added in ink on right of the base, a cypher
