Content (description)

On right two boys present bowls of fruit (?) to a female, who sits sadly on a throne with three attendants sympathising. A half-draped youth stands far right. In the centre, the princess runs in frenzy to left in front of a curtain, while her aged father tears her hair. Two soldiers stand on left. On left, the two boys run left. On far left Medea drives off in a chariot drawn by winged serpents over a reclining female; she carries the body of a child.
