In the foreground on left are three cows, two standing, one lying on rocks, attended by a herdsman, who stands on right holding a pedum. Rock rises in the background and on it at upper left reclines a shepherd (?), draped and holding a pedum. On right partly hidden by the rock stands a building, its domed roof supported on four columns.
