This is one of two casts, taken from the Elgin marbles, which are located in an exterior location.
'...Go under the archway on your left, observing the plaster casts, set up by Mr. H. Macnaghten, with the notice "Please protect these," and you will reach the house known as Jordley's (or better, Jourdelay's).'
