History and association

Object history note

Sent to Eton from Niall Graham-Campbell with accompanying letter, July 2013. Letter in filing under 'Gifts and bequests'
'At the time I thought this a very good likeness of HKM who although, I believe ling retired was still attending Chambers and stalking the school looking like this. The Devil's Tail is significant of opinion at the time.
This was left lying about the drawing schools and I don't know who drew it, but it seems too good to bin and might amuse some elderly OEs.'
