18th-century brown calfskin over pasteboards. Gilt fillet to form a border; Dauphin's dolphin device stamped in gold at the corners; gilt roll on board edges. Spine with six raised bands; gilt rolls and tool including dolphin device as seen on the covers; gilt titling now faded. Textblock rounded and dyed red. Endpapers of undecorated laid paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
