Title-page of "Euery man in his humour ..." has ms. note reading "This booke was bought of Master Averye, to be commone in the howss at Idell times, to all coommers, it cost ten shillings, wherof five was payd by Mris Candler, & five by me Christofer Heyborn, in the year 1622". "Master Averye" may have been Richard Avery, bookseller, of Wood Street.
