Folded leaf inserted after p. 86 has caption title "Inscriptio caractere Armeno" and is signed "Ioseph Malatesta Gariffius" and dated "Arimini Idibus Nouembris 1692". It includes the Armenian inscription "+ Ի թվ[ ին] ՉԽԵ Ես Թովմա Վ[ ար]դ [ապե]տ [Շի]նեցի Օ զտունս" ("I t’v[in] Ch’KHE es T’ovma v[ar]d [ape[ sh]inets’i o ztuns", i.e. "In the year 745 (inc. 7th Jan.1296) I T’ovma [i.e. Thomas] built this house"), followed by its Latin pronunciation "+ I Tuuaganutian hinghariur karasunging, ies Touma Isinieci Zpolorduns" and Latin translation "In numeratione quigentesimi quadragesicim quinti (idest anni) ego Thoma ædificaui totam domum".

The Armenian letters are in bold large erkat’agir [iron letters] in three lines with ligatures [patiw] above those words in which the vowels are deleted.
