Vol. IV reads "Antuerpiæ Apud Iacobum Bieum M.DC.XX", with half-title reading "Antuerpiæ, Prostant apud Hieronymum Verdussium, M.DC.XX", and colophon reading "Lugduni Batauorum. Typis Isaaci ElzeuirI, M.D.CXX.".
