Erroneously attributed to Robert Parsons. Allison and Rogers attribute it to "Sir Charles Arundell and others". Also sometimes attributed to Thomas Morgan.
Includes "Leicester's common-wealth ... By Robert Parsons ... Whereunto is added Leicesters-ghost", with own title-page, pagination, and signatures. This is attributed to Thomas Rogers (Wing) and erroneously to William Cecil, Lord Burghley (BL).
