Storer bequest label dated 1800; bequeathed to Eton by Anthony Morris Storer in 1799.

Binding

18th century red, blind- and gold-tooled morocco. Geometric design of interlocking rectangle and lozenge, and lines "Arcades ambo / sic siti lætantur" stamped in gold. "Arcades ambo" refer to Walpole and Conway, both friends of Storer, who are happily placed side by side in this volume. Small blind floral and circle stamps.
