The catalogue of honor or tresury of true nobility. Peculiar and proper to the isle of Great Britaine: That is to saye: A collection historicall of all the free monarches aswell Kinges of England as Scotland, (nowe united togither) with the Princes of Walles, Dukes, Marquisses, and Erles; their wives, children, alliances, families, descentes, & achievementes of honor. Whereunto is properly prefixed: a speciall treatise of that kind of nobility which soverayne grace, and favor, and contryes customes, have made meerly politicall and peculiarly civill (never so distinctly handled before)* Translated out of Latyne into English.

[Gk.1.06] Quarter-bound brown morocco and cloth over vellum (over ?pasteboards) binding by Charles McLeish dated August 1956. Covers decorated with double blind fillets to separate leather from cloth on the spine's margin. Spine with six raised bands, decorated with blind fillets and gilt titling ("Catalogve of honor"; "Thos: Milles"; "London 1610"). Textblock trimmed and sprinkled red. Endpapers of undecorated modern paper; four flyleaves at the upper end of the textblock, five at the lower end.

[Gk.4.02] ?17th-century dark brown calfskin over pasteboards. Covers decorated with double blind fillets to form a border; single blind fillet on board edges. Spine with five sewing supports, decorated with gilt titling over red label (damaged: "[...]les [...]alog[...] [...]hono[...]"). Textblock trimmed. Endpapers of undecorated laid paper; one flyleaf at both ends of the textblock -- that at the lower end has been cancelled.
