In the filmed copies of "Doctor Wallis's letter" signature-mark "A" of A1 is under the "in" of "distinct". Another setting, seen only as a separately issued work, has the A under the space between "Ghost," and "Three".
Wing mistakenly identifies "An exhortation to a free and impartial enquiry into the doctrines of religion" as a separate item (Wing E3866B). It has the catchword "THE" at foot of p.4.
