In qua tractantur patria potestas quam Deus primùm in patriarchis pro regenda Ecclesia sua instituit; deinde in tribu Leui & prophetis continuauit; postremò in nouo Testamento Apostolis eorumq´ue successoribus confirmauit. Vt etiam quæ hodiè in quæstione versantur de Iudæorum Synedrio; vero Christi regno: authoritate & legatione Apostolica: laico presbyterio: episcoporum à presbyteris distinctione: eorumq´[ue] ab Apostolorum temporibus potestate ac successione: diocesium assignatione; populari pastorum electione: synodorum in Ecclesia Dei antiquitate & necessitate; atque earundem in quauis prouincia conuocatione & moderatione per metropolis episcopum: cum multis alijs quæ ad pastoralem domus Dei procurationem pertinent.
