Attributed by Halkett and Lange, 2nd ed., to Thomas Watts. However, it may be that this is a translation by Watts of a work by Alexandre Vigne, written in French and published in Cologne in 1684 with title "Entretiens de Philalèthe et de Philérène". Cf.
