Page 18 begins 'kindly on us' (Wing H525, Madan 1711). A variant has the last line of p. 17 transferred (while the work was going through the press), to p. 18, which then begins 'those that' (Wing H526, Madan 1712)--cf. Madan. Eton copy has "those that".
