An exact journal of the taking of Gibraltar. By the Prince of Hesse, in conjunction with the confederate fleet in the year 1704. Together with the articles of surrender, and of the brave defence of it by the said prince, when besieged by the French and Spanish forces, commanded by the Marshal de Tesse and the Marquis de Villadarias. Written by an officer then in the service of the Allies. Never before printed.
