Spine with with five sewing supports, decorated with gilt tooled rolls of different shapes gilt titling over black label ("White's Natl. history of Selborne". Single endbands with plain thread.Textblock trimmed and sprinkled green. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) ad undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the texblock.
