Note in card catalogue that all the volumes, apart from the first part of vol. 4 (Theophrastus 'Historia plantarum' etc) were given to Eton College by John, Baron Berkeley, in 1743. These volumes also have the bookplate of Charles Ford (of Dublin, d. 1743).
