Covers decorated with triple blind fillets to form panels with blind tools at the corners; transversal blind fillets on board edges; blind fillets on turn-ins. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with blind fillets, tools, and gilt titling over brown morocco label ("Holy Bible"; "1566"). Textblock trimmed and dyed red. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper by Van Gelder; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
Many ms. notes on verso of divisional title-page for second and third parts.
Imperfect: lacking all before A1 i.e. the first [22] pages and the final leaf.
