Published in four sets of a hundred fragments each. The first, second and third hundred have each a separate titlepage. There is also a titlepage for 'The second volume' after the end of the third hundred.
The first hundred has [13] leaves of plates, ([1] folded); the second hundred has [23] leaves of plates, ([1] folded); the third hundred has [65] leaves of plates, ([6] folded).
"The second volume" includes: "Supplementary addenda & corrigenda to Calmet's dictionary of the Holy bible".
