Anonymous. Attributed to Edward Fowler by ESTC. A ms. ink inscription in the copy held at Christ Church, Oxford, in the hand of William Wake, Archbishop of Canterbury, who was involved in the delivery of the Mr Ashton's paper to Sir Francis Child, attributes the work to Dr William Sherlock.
