Late 19th century dark brown goat binding; blind tooled fillet border with arabesque centrepiece; title and publication year gold tooled onto spine; marbled endpapers; turn-ins gold tooled with single fillet and fleurons; signed on front turn-in "M.M. Holloway - London".

Bears signs of the removal of an earlier bookplate. Some marginal ms. annotations, very faded or bleached.
