Omnia quidem multorum antehac doctorum hominum, nouissimè verò laboriosis obseruationibus conquisita, & solerti iudicio pensitata, Iacobi Dalecampii, medici, Cadomensis.
Each chapter of text is followed by a group of "annotationes". The "Castigationes" by Gelen ([48] p.) are reprinted with their author's dedication dated 1535.
