Contemporary continental brown calf over wooden boards; blind tooled frame and central panel (two rolls' width) roll of figures of saints, triple fillet borders, and small stamps of flowers, acorns, and crowned doubleheaded eagles; chamfered wooden boards with holes for clasps and furniture; double-corded spine, having lost most of its external leather; ms. pastedowns.
