[Bp.21.03, Bp.21.04]: These copies are separate issues, indicated by their different watermarks: Bp.21.03 bears an anchor in a circle surmounted by a star, whilst Bp.21.04 has a paschal lamb.
[Ie8.3.14]: Bound as a folio volume with the plates mounted as double plates and the letterpress leaves folded. Watermarks indistinct and obscured by fold. Former shelfmark: Ie8.4.17.
