An Act to give the University of Oxford, Cambridge, and Durham, and the Colleges in those Universities, and to the Colleges of Saint Mary of Winchester near Winchester, and of King Henry the Sixth Eton, power to sell, enfranchise, and exchange lands under certain conditions, and also grant leases for agricultural, building, and mining purposes, and to deal with the interests of their lessees under proper reservations and restrictions.
