Modern binding in seventeenth century style; brown sprinkled calf; gold tooled double fillet on boards; gold tooling on spine; red edges; heavy trimming to pages but with no loss of text.

Engraved frontispiece has been rebacked onto modern paper in two sections, with possible loss of an ownership inscription between image and Greek epigram. A couple of letters from the epigram lost.
