Adams records two different issues of vol. 2, one with column 366 misnumbered 266 (Adams A2087), and one with it numbered correctly (Adams A2088); a third issue (Adams A2089) has the "Index locorum sacrae scripturæ, in hoc priore tomo ..." ([60] p.) added at the end of vol. 2, as in the ECL copy.
Both vols. dated 1600. In another issue, vol. 2 is dated 1601.
Signatures: v.1: pi² A-4B⁶ 4C⁴; v.2: a-2k⁶ 2l⁸ 2m⁶ 2n⁴ 2o-2y⁶, ²a-²c⁶ ²d⁴, 5A-5E⁶ (these additional quires are recorded by Adams as added to v.2 and as a separate issue (see Adams, A2089)) (5E6 blank).
