16th-century English brown calf binding, possibly by Williamson (note in card catalogue); gold double fillet borders crossed at corners; spine decoration formed of four gold fillets; red morocco spine-label; traces of two pairs of ties.
Marginal annotations and underlinings in ink in ?Raleigh's hand in the "Bucolica" and the first book of the "Georgica".
