Catalogued from an incomplete copy wanting the title-page; title taken from edition dated 1612 having the same extent but different setting of type (copies at Brotherton Library and Lincoln College, Oxford); date suggested from bound-with items.

Dedication to Laevinius Torrentius dated "Antuerpiae M.D.XXCVI. Kal. Ianuarius.", signed "Christoph. Plantinus".
