At request of Eugen Millington-Drake, signed and inscribed by author on front endpaper, despite typescript note pasted to t.p.: "no signature available for this volume". Typescript letter from "James Bentley" slipped in to front pages explains this contradiction and details Niemöller's incarceration in a WWII concentration camp.
