Covers decorated with single and double fillets to form a panel and border; gilt roll to form a panel; transversal gilt fillets on corners of board-edges and turn-ins (where they are faded). Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt tools, fillets, rolls, and titling ("Lucretius"). Textblock trimmed and marbled. Endpapers of marbled paper (pastedowns and one flyleaf); additional flyleaf of undecorated modern paper at both ends of the textblock.
