[Ktt.3.45:] Unsigned typed description of the book stapled to a letter from Clive Hurst, Head of Special Collections at the Bodleian, loosely inserted. Hurst suggests that the book dates from 1913 or "one or two [years] earlier". He also says that the book wasn't deposited at the Bodleian or the BL under the copyright act, as other books by Miss Dugdale were.
