Covers decorated with a blind fillet to form borders and gilt fillets to form a grid; gilt roll to form a panel with blind tools at the inner corners; gilt roll on turn-ins. Spine with five raised bands, rounded, and decorated with gilt dotted roll, fillets, tools and titling ("Memoirs of celebrated Etonians"). Textblock trimmed, rounded, and marbled. Endpapers of marbled and undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
