Early 17th-century Oxford blind-panelled brown calf binding by Roger Barnes; outer frame of fillets; within this a frame composed of a roll with Renaissance ornaments incorporating birds; within this a frame of a roll with foliage; five raised bands; red morocco spine label; printed waste flyleaves from a work with running title "A consideration of the papist[e]s supplication" (ESTC, S105148).
