Corrected and amended; with some prayers to be vsed in priuate families hereunto added" has separate dated title page with printer's device with motto "God is my helper" and imprint "London, printed by Thomas Snodham for Iohn Budge, and are to be sold at his shop in Pauls Church-yard at the signe of the Greene Dragon. 1623" on leaf Y3 recto; pagination and register continuous.
