In four parts, each with separate letterpress title page, the first dated 1634, the others 1633. The first bears the edition statement. The fourth has imprint "London printed by William Stansby, for Philemon Stephens and Christopher Meredith, at the Golden Lyon in Pauls Church-yard, 1633". Pagination and register are continuous.
The first leaf (pi1v) bears verses, "The front opened".
With a final colophon leaf: "London, Printed by William Stansby. 1634."
