Printer's name given in full on the titlepage of the alternative imprint of this edition (ESTC R216698, Keynes 73A) of which Keynes states: "Of the alternative imprints it seems that [this] is likely to be the earlier. The rest of the title-page was printed from the same setting of type in each, so that the change was probably made while the book was in the press. There is no other alteration. The paper in otherwise identical copies of the ordinary issue varies both in weight and watermark."--Keynes.
