[Copy 2] Copy has been marked up by Wyndham Lloyd in preparation for the American edition of the text. The loosely inserted correspondence between Wyndham Lloyd and his American publishers also suggests this.

Lewis & Co. bookseller's ticket on front pastedown with probable accession date stamp '29 Sep 1936'. The booksellers also operated a lending library - presumably the 'Library Medical & Scientific' to which the yellow label refers.
