A sermon preach'd before the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, at the collegiate church of St. Peter's Westminster, on Friday, December the 16th, 1720. Being the day appointed by His Majesty for a general fast and humiliation for obtaining the pardon of our sins, and averting God's heavy judgments; and particularly for beseeching God to preserve us from the plague, with which several other countries are at this time visited.
